The St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival of Lexington returns in 2023 on Saturday, March 11th. This annual parade and festival takes place in Downtown Lexington at Henry A. Tandy Centennial Park. As the longest-running citywide civic event in the city, you can come dressed in green to enjoy the day-long celebration that begins at 10:45 am with the Blessing of the Keg.
Paddy Wagon Irish Pub (Richmond, KY)
For those closer to Richmond, you can head over to Paddy Wagon Irish Pub to celebrate the holiday with signature menu items, including the Guinness BBQ Bacon Beer Cheeseburger. This year, St. Patrick’s Day will be celebrated with DJ Big Dee.
Slainte Public House (Georgetown, KY)
Check out Slainte Public House in Georgetown for their annual Kegs & Eggs Breakfast. This year marks the 7th anniversary of the event, which will take place on St. Patrick’s Day morning starts at 9:00 am.
Shamrock Bar & Grill (Lexington, KY)
At Shamrock Bar & Grill in Lexington is another great location to soak in the Irish culture this St. Patrick’s Day. On weekends, the bar and grill host an amazing breakfast you don’t want to miss. This spot is so popular, they’ve got two locations in Lexington - Hartland and Patchen.
